Series description
Equity advisors in departments that are conducting one or more senate faculty recruitments this academic year are invited to join us for discussion about the role of equity advisors in the search process. This workshop is an opportunity to share and discuss best practices, research, and ways to effectively interact with the search committee and faculty candidates. Please note the workshops are identical so it is not necessary to attend both.
