The Office for Graduate Diversity (OGD) provides services for departments to support and expand the diversity of the graduate student body. OGD leads diversity and anti-racism initiatives and supports efforts to improve the climate on campus.
The Graduate Diversity Task Force has set forth preliminary recommendations to increase the enrollment of underrepresented, low socioeconomic status, and first-generation graduate students and to improve the campus experience and academic outcomes for underrepresented graduate students across all of our graduate programs.
OGD's anti-racism initiatives include Graduate Diversity Pilot Program, which aims to better equip departments and faculty to tackle issues of diversity in their programs.
