OFEW supports faculty through the entire arc of their career, from early career all the way through late career. We support faculty through the advancement process with workshops, consultation, and other resources found on this site.
We also support faculty, deans, and chairs with equity issues, offering consultation on topics such as merit and promotion, retention, and access to departmental and campus resources.
OFEW has many resources to support faculty welfare, including caring for families, support for disability or illness, and assistance with conflict resolution.
A particular focus of OFEW is faculty professional development including around diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging, as well as networking through the Faculty Link Program.
