Release notes for AP Recruit system-wide programmer updates 2015.

May/Mar 2016

5-19-16When editing a specialization, the field button will display OK, as opposed to the previous vague EDIT button.

5-5-16The term “Benchmark Data” was changed to Availability Data, and the term “Specialties” is now Fields of Study.

3-24-16: Analysts can filter applicants by specialization and Chairs and Editors can manually edit applicant-selected specialization.

3-10-16: Analysts can now create a custom list of specialization.

: Analysts are now required to add disposition reasons before creating a search report for recruitments with review dates.

9-24-15: IRD reports are now split into review periods, allowing you to record which applicants were evaluated before proposing a hire or closing a recruitment.

9-10-15: Approval comments are being emailed to the submitting analyst.  Like all approval emails, users can opt out.

8-13-15: Recruitments with review dates now show their Applicant Disposition Status, making it easier to know what needs to be done before the recruitment can move forward. We now lock the Recruitment Description after the search plan is approved.

7-30-15: Disposition Status Panel: This enhancement is in preparation for a future change that will require analysts to enter disposition reasons prior to running a search report.

7-16-15: When you add a new optional document to a recruitment after applicants apply, the email notification is now available in the applicant log.
